U.S. congratulates Santos and Colombia for elections "fair" and "transparent".

Washington, June 21 .- The United States has congratulated President-elect Juan Manuel Santos, who hopes to continue the "good relationship" that keep the two countries, and the Colombian people for holding elections "fair" and "transparent."
